When we got to the circus they had no record of our tickets being booked and I had to make contact with the organisers to speak to the staff at the circus (who were really lovely and helpful). When I did get through to the guide, they didn’t really say sorry just said there was a misunderstanding and that the tickets were sorted, which they were.
